Product Materials: The shoulder support brace comprises polyurethane foam, metal, polyester, nylon, and polyformaldehyde.

Directions For Using Shoulder Support Brace:
1. To assemble the shoulder brace, attach forearm and bicep hook-and-loop straps to the arm plate
2. Slip the shoulder strap over the neck and slide the hand of the involved shoulder through the bicep and wrist straps
3. Tighten forearm and bicep straps to the desired comfort level
4. Tighten the waist strap to the desired comfort level
5. Adjust foam wedges to achieve the desired angle. 30°, 60°, and 90° angles can be achieved by using a large foam wedge only. For maximum abduction of 120°, combine small and large foam wedges
